Introduction
PRIMERO CHARTER SERCICE (PCS) is a company which provides a platform for customers where they can heir aircraft from owner as per the availability and the term and conditions of the owner. Here we publish our term and conditions which represents legal obligations for both company and client, and constitutes an integral part of agreement. These Terms and Conditions shall be the sole basis for the resolution of any dispute that arises between us. Therefore we ask you to read them carefully.
Booking

- You can book the Air charter by e-mail, phone or directly by providing details as required.
- Aircraft will be provided on the basis of availability.
- Estimated amount shall be deposited to company’s bank account 24 hours prior to the commencement of flight from its base station.
- Booking is subject to payment of entire amount before the time mentioned above, in case entire amount is not paid booking shall be terminated and company reserves the right to forfeit the advance payment.
- Aircraft will be scheduled as per clients requirement which is subjected to present weather conditions and other unforeseen circumstances.
Pricing & Payment
Estimates provided by us are subject to availability of aircraft, crew and owner’s approval. Estimates will be provided on the bases of flying hour charges including the cost of the Aircraft fuel, maintenance, dispatch cost, navigation fees, landing and day parking charges. These charges may vary in case of watch hours extension, waiting at departure aerodrome for more than 4 hours, night halt and Taxes as applicable.
An initial 50% of estimated amount should be paid in advance to reserve the flight and rest should be paid within stipulated time, in case of non-payment within stipulated time booking stand cancel. Final invoice will be provided within 3 days of completion of flight, any outstanding amount should be paid within 7 days of receipt of final invoice.
If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.
Cancellations & Modifications
If booking is canceled any time, company reserves the right to forfeit the estimated amount.
In case of any changes or modification requested by client, if same can be executed on the bases of availability revised charges will be applicable, if in case same cannot be executed it will be considered as last minute cancellation and company will reserve the right to forfeit the estimated amount.
